Amazing bakery, one of the best I've tried in Japan. They have a mix of breakfast savory stuff, the usual french viennoiseries, lots of Japanese/Western fusion and various breads. Everything isn't too sweet, greasy or salty. Small portions so you can try several.
After 4 visits we tried majority of their inventory, everything is good, however some were just outstanding.
The top 2 for us were the Sesame ball and the sweet potato Crocan.
Both were unique, not too sweet and had the right texture/flavor combinations.
The Sesame ball is outstanding, a much improved version over the standard Chinese dim sum dessert.
Where the Sweet Potato had a mix of sweet and savory with Cheese which went together in an unexpected way.
The apple "croissant" and coffee/walnut Kirikabu were a bit too sweet for us. Former was pretty standard just very well executed where the coffee pastry was similar to the sweet potato in construction though using whole coffee beans is a nice touch.
The chocolate croissant was tiny which caused the chocolate stick to dominate the flavor. I also tried the Chocolate Cronut but didn't like the super sweet chocolate pudding filling.
Melon Bread had a nice texture, the filling was a bit much albeit worth trying. Of that kind we preferred the "Mokka No Crossuke" (?) with vanilla pudding filling. The Anpan was similar and almost as good
In terms of savory our favorite was the lutus seed burger, excellent vegetarian (vegan??) Breakfast option. The mini croque monsieur was very well executed. Bagel sandwich was very well executed. While the Kare Pan was pretty standard, I wouldn't bother, had better ones in Japan.
The "bread sticks" were very simple but addictive
First time I tried Boshi pan, it's very crispy and lightly sweet, worth trying.
This artisan bakery may be difficult to find buy was definitely worthy of your every effort. The croissants and pastries were heavenly flakey and crispy.
Great service and the variety is amazing 👏 👌 …
You must try all the breads here.

I visited on a Sunday around 12:30.
It seems that most of the items were sold out by mid-morning, so they were making additional preparations and the store opened at 1:00 p.m. Luckily, there was no one in line, so I decided to just stand in line.
By the time the store opened, there were about 50 people in line.
I bought curry bread, pork salami sandwich, pollack fishelle, hot dog, mixed grain baguette with butter, etc.
Mentaiko fishelle, the spicy mentaiko filling makes the bread crispy! It was freshly baked and delicious.
The pork salami sandwich was really delicious and the baguette was great.
The multigrain baguette had a good taste as you chewed it, and all the breads were very delicious. It was written that the red bean paste used was from Kichicoco. (Delicious!)
Next time I would like to visit in the morning and buy some things that I couldn't buy this time 😊
The photo is of a Danish pastry made with walnuts, coffee stumps, and figs.
I got the other breads at the eat-in space, so I forgot to take a photo.
This is Mokka-san, a bread shop that ranks high in the rankings in Fukuoka.
I had heard from people around me that there were many customers because the food was delicious, so I went there at 9:30 on Sunday morning. There were some items that were not available yet.
What surprised me was the security guard guiding me around? was standing nearby. Maybe it's because there are so many customers and it's hard to find the place.
The building is cute, and when you step inside, it's not a very large space, but there's a lot of bread.
I heard that the coronet was delicious, so I picked it up, and then bought some hat bread and curry bread.
The cream inside the coronet will be added at the cash register.
I couldn't wait so I grabbed a coronet in the car and was surprised at how crispy it was! The cream inside is also light and delicious! This is certainly popular.
Everything else was delicious and made me want to go buy it again lol
There is a parking lot in front of the building, but it may be a little difficult to park.
I would like to go shopping again when I pass by the area.
To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but it made me reflect deeply on my thoughts.
So cute and delicious bread!
There is a space to eat at the back of the store. A small but very beautiful place.
I was impressed by the kindness of the staff who explained things in Korean.
A place where I was happy because everything was perfect.
Ukiha will definitely come back, if only because of this place :)
